Jim Fredrick began his career in the financial services industry in 1985 with a background in teaching.  He has held numerous sales and management positions over the last 20+ years. He received his Chartered Life Underwriter designation in 1995, his Chartered Financial Consultant designation in 2004, and his Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation in 2008.  Over the years he has served on many non-profit and industry boards in both Colorado Springs and Dallas.  He has also been actively involved in the lives of kids as the father of 4, as a foster parent, and as a youth leader. 

As one of the founders of the Retirement Team at SFP, Jim focuses much of his time and energy in evaluating the 401(k) and 403(b) marketplace and matching product providers with client needs.
